We stopped here after searching for a quick breakfast place on our way through town. We were so happy we decided upon this bakery after seeing the reviews. It has an amazing selection of bakery items and treats that were fabulous. The breakfast was just as outstanding. I had a filling and delicious breakfast burrito and my husband had a breakfast sandwich on a homemade English muffin that he raved about. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. I would defiantly stop here again next time we are in Corvallis. The chocolate cookies are not to miss!

I love new New Morning Bakery! Their food is awesome, their desserts are amazing, but their cheesecake is my favorite. Plus, their delivery driver is super hot. Update:: As of Sept 2020, they have a new delivery driver. I cannot confirm or deny that they are also "super hot" as I have not seen them. However, the food is worth it regardless.

It was my first time to try this place and I think it won't be the last. The dining area is wide, also they have outdoor dining. Tried plain bagels with garlic herb cheese spread, strawberry cream cheese danish, carrot cake, mocha and hot chocolate. Everything was fresh and tastes delicious. Mocha was not super but nice. They have wide varieties of pastries.

Busy on a Saturday morning, however I got my latte within a reasonable time. They have a huge sit-down area inside. Very cute. Their pastries are massive

Masks are required for customers and staff, social distancing is encouraged/enforced, tables are sanitized between customers, hand sanitizer is available at registers for customer use. Other common touch surfaces are sanitized frequently.
Benton County (where we are located) is not currently allowing indoor dining. This is effective through Thursday, January 14th, 2021 at least. We do have outdoor seating available.

Hello, We do make a Cuban Bread in baguette form, it is Special Order only (we do not carry it in our retail section). The cost is $3.95 per loaf. To order it is best to email our bakers directly (info at newmorningbakery . com)
We make Italian-style Baguettes and Batards in the following varieties: Sourdough, Integrale (Cracked Wheat with Rye and Honey), Potato, French, and Kalamata Olive. We rotate in other types on Fridays and Saturdays.
NMB delivers catering and cakes. Usually not individual meals.
