Either train your staff or hire more staff. There are only two waiters working on weekends. I came in for 20 minutes without even greeting. The work is very slow, there are already many people waiting or slowly clearing the table. 7 tables empty, almost half of the restaurant was empty, couldn't even let us sit first. I still feel like staying and seeing how delicious a restaurant so arrogant really is that all the customers are being waited for so rudely. I never say they are not nice, just need to have a effective way to manage the restaurant so it will benefit the restaurant and customers. ———————————————————————— Since my friend wanna come here so I give it second chance. And it actually amazing! I have the lunch menus rather than the breakfast menus and it’s way more better and tasty. Nice southern food. :) 100% recommend. Yeah. Average wait for food, actually so not bad this time.

Cute restaurant with an appealing menu. I’ve docked a star because the restaurant menu differs from their website menu, both in the items and pricing. Additionally, my sandwich was not made with the menu ingredients. I ordered the beef dip which arrived with brie cheese instead of Swiss per the menu. Don’t get me wrong, I love brie, but it is far to overpowering and took away from the other sandwich elements (if I’m being honest, I’m a French dip purist and prefer no cheese. I wish it came with no cheese with the option to add for extra). The au jus was wonderful and not watery and tasteless like you often find, but the mug is not practical for dipping a sandwich in. Husband had no complaints about his fish and chips and enjoyed the homemade tarter sauce. The chocolate pie was excellent but would have been next level if served with a big dollop of fresh whipped cream.

It's my bucket list restaurant in downtown. I love the dining environment and the food is really delucious. The good quality food with a cheap price. It's really worth it.

NO, we do not - Doordash has a parasitic business model, where they force themselves onto your google business page by purchasing an ad from Google. The business has no say in this as they seek no prior consent. Bellhop is not affiliated with Doordash in any way. We did not give them permission to serve as a delivery service for our food, nor permission to imply to customers that we approve of their services. We will not (can not) guarantee that the menu items and/or prices listed on their site are accurate (we change our menu regularly), nor available for take-out (some of our items are not able to be sent out of house an retain their quality). So... NO... we do not work with Doordash, and in fact recommend that people considering using Doordash, call the restaurant directly beforehand to ensure they are even aware that doordash is attempting to profit off their brand/advertising and good service. Many restaurants have in house delivery/to-go options already set up.

We keep only one person working in the kitchen and one person working the front. On occasion, the daughter of the person in front comes to help her. We wear masks while sharing space. Orders are delivered to the customer's car or house without them needing to come into the restaurant. Normal hand washing and sanitizing practices are followed.
Thanks you for asking. Currently no. We found their business tactics and customer service lacking and had little way to ensure customers were getting the most recent menu offerings and ordering items that travel well. We are going to work on a delivery service in 2020, but until then, the best option is to call and place an order for pick up. Thanks

Yes! There is the option of gluten-free fried chicken, if i remember correctly.
