Drove from Gresham to get some Sonic last night! An asked the worker while waiting for the drive thru if they were still open. He said yep! Then got to the window finally at 10:01 to be turned away saying they were closed. I mentioned to the lady we were actually there before they closed and she said no you weren’t and called me a liar. Then I asked to speak to a manger and she said she was a manager. All in all I feel we were treated terribly and just want to say. You can do better.

Love sonic, food is always fresh, but this place is hit and miss for speed... Sometimes they are fast, other times they are extremely slow.. i do understand its mid 2022 and people don't want to work, still tho.. give yourself another extra 30mins if you want to go here.

Tried to stop and order from the order board outside since I had a travel trailer that wouldnt fit through the drive through. They were very rude stating they were not doing patio orders and ignored me when I tried to ask a question. Hit the button again and the girl was very rude as well. Also not sure why they couldnt simply take a order and walk it to the door vs there window. The amout of rudeness didnt help.

My family and I were going from Portland to Salem. We ordered about $55 of food. The food quality was excellent. I personally love their selection of hot dogs. The drive thru was all that was a available unfortunately, but there was outdoor tables available for dining. The drive thru forgot to give us mustard, I was lucky enough to see an employee and they promptly went in doors to grab some, even though they seemed to be on break. Very nice service!
