It's the new normal. Order at a self-serve kiosk. Wait 10 minutes for an order that it takes less than two to assemble. Try to stay positive. I know they're working hard and I know they need more staff. Taco Bell, it's probably time to stop advertising your products.

The woman who took my order was rude when I asked what flavors of diet there was available. When I got to the window to pay her professionalism was not any better. I asked for her name and she declined and shut the window quiet hard. I asked the other woman behind at the food line to provide her name and another woman stepped in and said she was Olga but now there was Olga who supposedly took my order and Olga who came to handle the complaint. Both women unprofessional and don't understand the level of dissatisfaction overall. The woman refused to provide the name of the person who helped me so good luck when you go there and have to deal with this unhappy individual.

they wouldn’t take my order inside and i stood there for a really long time and the kiosk thing didn’t have what i wanted to order. i then went back to my vehicle and went through the drive through. in the drive through they told me the wrong total cost and then because of that gave me less then i thought i was receiving. the man in the drive through was nice but every girl i spoke to (one inside and one in the drive through) had no idea what they were doing and were very rude

Fast and friendly. Taco Bell is consistently good wherever you find them. my kids LOVE it! This location has friendly and fast service and food is consistently good. My kids always get crunchy taco supremes or chalupas. Try their mild sauce. They are open late which is surprisingly for Wilsonville. Is not expensive in my opinion but like every where else the cost of food has increased everywhere you go. Give them a try, they are open if you want to eat inside too.
