This is from a few months back but just got to writing this review. Place closes at 8, called at 7:10, no one answered so decided to take a chance and drove, reached at 7:15. One stylist was cutting hair, the other was cleaning the floor, she never bothered to welcome. The other stylist who was chatting with the customer, saw us standing but didn't bother to talk to us After I excused myself after just standing in the doorway for another 5 mins, she replied curtly that they would not take additional customers. I asked if there is a waiting list, they said no. It was still 45 mins and she was just wrapping up her customer's hair cut. Why have the OPEN sign on the door when you have stopped taking business? Very rude service, I pleaded that my kid had picture day the next day and if she would please do a quick trim. I understand that they might be busy, which they were not. Then just change the timings of the store if you stop taking customers half hour before closing or just put up the CLOSED sign.
