Very busy, had to wait a while for assistance, I really Miss traditional customer service, now you have to talk to kiosk, it's really a shame, can't get a real human being on the phone, take half your day listening to prompts!!!! Pitiful with the world has come to.

This was a great experience. I forgot how to spell the representatives name that helped me. I think his name was Devon. He was took me through switching my mobile carrier from T Mobile to Xfinity Mobile and he made it very easy! I appreciated how knowledgeable he was. Although I had to come back a 2nd time for help with my phone, he got it running in less than 5 minutes of being in the store. The store was clean, and it did not take long at all. It really changed my perspective of Xfinity and I've had bad experiences with customer service before. This was a far better experience than I anticipated.

I visited the store to return a set top box and had a terrible experience with the person checking me in. Her name was Natalie. The manager of the store! She was extremely rude in checking me in. The wait was more than 30 mins and she helped a customer who came after me. When I brought that up with her, she waved me goodbye multiple times. I guess management has its privileges even for a customer who has been with Comcast for 30 years! She just didn’t care.

The Tigard location has moved from the old spot, call them for new address.
I walked in for a new phone and was waited on right away! I've been there a few times and never waited long!

Yes. You can also take it to a UPS Store and they will send it back on Comcast
You don't need an appointment to make a return.
It would be faster to make an appointment. That way they can focus their time on just helping you and you won't waste your time waiting around.
