I had I horrible experience today 1/8/22 . As a first time patient I did not know where to go and was very nervous. When we arrived I was told my husband could not be in the exam room with me, during my appointment the staff was not friendly and rushed me in and through. Very disappointing.

Appointments are easy to make and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The people performing the imaging are always pleasant and caring. Often imaging is done on an injured body part and even though it may be uncomfortable or even painful they always do their best to ease the discomfort.

The staff at the front desk along with the staff working with the patients and the imaging machines were nice and polite, very helpful since I could not bend my leg due to injury. Listen to music and MRI took about 20 minutes.

They told me my appointment was at 3 but actually they have you come a half hour early my appointment was at 330. Would have been nice to know since I had another appointment to be at 4pm. Staff was nice and friendly.
