I called the location to find out how to sell used jewelry. Pricing of the item was never discussed. The owner was both arrogant and rude, and he willfully admitted that professional diamond grading and appraisal from reputable companies is “inaccurate” and “irrelevant.” I will be actively avoid doing business with these people due to their lack of customer service and questionable practices.

Coins Plus is the best in the game. Stellar customer service and the patience of a saint. Stopped in recently and it was super busy so there was a bit of a wait, which I didn't mind. They have a nice little seating area with a couch so I just sat down and read for a bit and kinda half listened as the lady behind the counter graciously dealt with the onslaught of wishy washy customers, phone calls, and one especially pompous fellow. I think it depends on the year of the penny. Most are valued at just a penny.
Yes we will buy older collectible currency including foreign currency in larger denominations like paper bills. For modern exchange we discount accordingly as US banks won’t take it and Canadian banks require a bank account and 10 day hold plus GST Tax etc making it very difficult. We also buy euros in the €1+ denominations etc. We also buy all older collectible currency. Some of the older foreign currencies often brought home by soldiers from war are obsolete and were hyper-inflated so the Val e has been severely diminished or sometime eliminated, however, we do offer free appraisals and purchase estimates at no charge so the best option is to bring your items to COINSPlus in Spokane for a free evaluation.
