I've lived in various states with many different internet providers, and I didn't have high expectations for service on the Oregon coast. Pioneer Connect was definitely the right choice. The service from the employees, as well as the strength of the internet signal, has been awesome! Thank you!

I love how they only have the good reviews showing, but clearly have more 1 stars than anything. This service is terrible. I dont pay 129 a month for the highest speed service you pro I'd, to not be able to run 2 playstations at once. I dont know what has happened in the last few months, but we never had this problem before. And in the last 4 months I've made atleast 5 calls, and had 2 people come out for then just to tell me "its showing you're getting max speeds on our test" when we check any other test, Googles mainly it says we are barely getting 6mb. If you weren't the only provider in Waldport I would switch in a second. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR TRASH SERVICE. Also I love the fact that the last review I left at one point I said "the customer service is great." Because it is, but out of the whole reviews thats what you show. Such a joke

4 guys came and dug a trench UNDER my concrete pad and hooked up my phone and internet basically for free (regular new hookup charge)..They spent a lot of time in and UNDER my home that had no phone jacks in my new log construction to give me the most economical solution. The customer service person was very nice, also not trying to "sell" me something I didn't want...don';t know why there are some negative reviews, but they seem to be from a while ago.
