My favorite Slippery Shrimp is local for me now. It's not as good as downtown but very close. Great owner and help. Their other menu items are outstanding. Highly recommend you to try this restaurant. Only negative is parking. It's not easy

Shrimp fried rice was plain, shrimp was horrible with too much salt. Little shrimps. I will not come back. Slimy shrimp was not good at all and compound shrimp was too watery. Save your money.

I have to say I absolutely love the Yang Chow restaurant in L.A.'s Chinatown (and Pasadena). Yang Chow 2.0 is a small fast food/take-out version that is very good but doesn't quite meet the quality of the restaurant 's food. I'm happy though that Yang Chow has established this little outpost in Long Beach! One suggestion I'd like to make is to offer combination plates or bowls so I don't have to choose between my two favorite dishes: slippery shrimp and kung pao!

The slippery shrimp is so delicious!!! Chicken fried rice was good too. The green beans (a la carte) were perfectly cooked and a great addition for the meal to feel less fried. Our go to Chinese!!!!

They socially distance - wear and require masks. The place is neat and clean. Frankly, I think it's one of the very best Chinese restaurants in so cal.
