Don’t use curbside, people park in the reserved spots with no pick up order and then the people who have to use it, can’t. So when you tell them you’re here you have to type a convoluted description on how to get to your car and hope that they decide to bring it and find you. You’re better off just going inside. Second time this happens, very frustrating when you’re running errands. Lazy employees it seems like, it’s your job.

I went to find speaker wires, or a cord to connect the speakers to a receiver. A nice gentleman helped me. I think he was a manager. The cord I needed was out dated, and the gentleman suggested I buy an adapter. He also told me I could also find the property cord at Guitar center. He checked online for the price of the cord at Guitar Center. This was true customer service. He asked if I needed help, and he was just passong by. As far as the store, stock appeared limited, but this maybe due to the backlog from COVID.

This my go to best buy. The employee here are great. I have a hearing disability. Hard of of hearing and they try so hard to communicate with me and are really attending. 5 stars great service, knowledgeable, and attentive. I recommend this location.

Jackie is awesome when it comes to cell phones. She's super sweet, helpful and very knowledgeable. Guided me in the right direction. Great asset Employee to Best Buy. You need more people like Jackie. Long Beach Best Buy is my go to even though I have one closer to me cause of the help and friendly service. That's why I stopped going to the one in Lakewood, CA.

Absolutely. Your phone will take any micro SD card but you want to get a MicroSDHC "high capacity" of any brand you like which doesn't have to be specifically Samsung brand. The capacities range all double up from the previous, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and soon to be affordable 512GB and 1024GB aka (1TB). Bigger is always better in my opinion when it comes to capacities. As for best buy being the best place to get a MicroSDHC, I have never been keen of their profit margins which explains why nowadays they are closing their doors and consolidating inorder to stay in business in a time where overcharging people for things is coming to an end as more and more people begin to understand the technology in our daily lives.
