About a month ago my mom and I both got LASIKs done here at Eye Consultants. They were absolutely amazing every step of the way, always made me feel comfortable to ask questions and really eased any nervousness I had going into the surgery (I was so nervous!). But I had no reason to be! They were absolutely wonderful before, during and after. Also ecstatic to be able to share that both my mom and I are now seeing 20/15 vision! Such an incredible team and experience we had. Thank you staff!

Great experience! All the staff are extremely nice and accommodating, starting with the receptionist to the assistants to the doctor! All my questions were answered on the spot. Dr. Fillmore was great during the procedure, he talked me through every step and post-op care was clear! Shaun was very helpful in answering any lingering questions, calming nerves, and getting everything scheduled when it worked best for me. The only thing I wished was that Dr. Fillmore was able to look at my scans ahead of time prior to my surgery day (he was out of the office so it is understandable). Being able to make the switch from PRK to LASIK was great, but a little nerve wracking in the moment to decide minutes before surgery. But ZERO regrets! Went from -7.5 to 20/20 vision in a matter of days!

If I could give more stars, I would. Eye Consultants of Spokane has the friendliest staff I have experienced in a long time. I spoke to Shaun on the phone several times before committing to LASIK, and each time he was super friendly and patient…answering all my questions thoroughly. From the front desk staff to the doctors, each person I interacted with met me with a smile and upbeat energy. You can really tell that every single person who works here genuinely loves what they do. Shaun and Dr. Fillmore were very accommodating with my atypical schedule, and took time out of their lunch break to conduct my LASIK surgery. Talk about going above and beyond! It was such a wonderful, seamless, and stress-free experience all around, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had such an amazing experience with the Eye Consultants of Spokane. Awesome to be able to see without wearing glasses. Hands down the best decision I've ever made for my eyes. Can believe it took me this long to convince myself to look into lasik. The staff and doctors are the best. Payment options are reasonable, and the equipment is top of the line.
