Want to drop a review to thank Lacey for her wonderful work on our backyard. We had a blank slate and she created a wonderful tapestry of plants and trees. Took all our ideas into mind, steered us in the right direction, and is just wonderful to work with. The installation crew, led by Paulo, was also amazing. Went above and beyond to get everything just right. Thanks Paulo and Lacey.

I purchased a tree from Moon Nursery. My sale's person was Mark Heldoorn. The tree was planted in my yard yesterday (May 3rd). The planting team was wonderful. The tree was planted in very short order. Thomas was the team leader. Thomas and the team were very nice and respectful of my property. Thomas was informative regarding watering and care of the tree. I love the tree. It is very cute. I cannot wait until it flowers. Mary Chalfant 5/4/2022

Bad customer service and terrible claims process!!! Be careful with your backyard, they broken my new tiles when they planting. And three months have passed without any compensation. I purchased over $6000 plants from moon valley last year December. Now I have to say their prices are quite expensive and the service is not worth the price. I contacted Cody all the time. He gives me some suggestions, I appreciate that. Everything is fine before they come in to plant. After plant, they screwed everything up. The foreman name Joel. His team broke my tile, I contacted Cody immediately and he told me they will pay me back within one or two weeks. But then is endless waiting. 3 months past, I keep asking for updates, He told me he and his manager contacted corporate office which located in Arizona and reminded them all the time. But nothing change. The repair bill is $170, I don’t think it is a big deal for them, and I don’t think that’s how they should handle it. I don’t need this money for live but I believe if you make a mistake, you should take responsibility instead of running away from it. I am so disappointed with that. If you already bought plants from them, be careful when they doing plant job. I will continue to follow up the matter, I think I have to go to the office to solve the matter with them

Joel, Carlos David & Victor from Moon Valley Nurseries are the best! They take pride in their work and it shows! When booking your next install, request them! You will be more than pleased. Thank you all for the hard work you put in on Saturday for our new home! Just an example, look at the magical work they did in the photos. Here is a image of the items we chose and all of their hard work in and out with th final photo if the team! Like I said, talk about one hell of a team. They made sure to get everything that was needed in and out of our house without a scratch on our floor, wall or doors. They went above and beyond by taking off our door to make sure this lovely palm tree was able to go in our home too! They made our dreams a reality! Sure enough, this had to be the most difficult job one has been given. Lets be honest, I am sure no-one had asked to install a palm tree in the elevator shaft until us with little to no room. Then the size and weight of that thing, WOW! Who would have known it was going to be so tight and even if it was going to work. They did not give up! They are the best team, the #1 team! When you want your dream to com true, you know who to ask for. Again, thank you all so much! Y’all rock!
