This location has constantly been a disappointment...in my last 4 visits using the drive thru wait time from entering the line has been 45 min + The dining room is usually closed so you'll only have a drive thru option. Many times chicken pieces are out so you will have to order a bowl, salad or burrito instead. If you can go to another location..this one will most likely be out of what you want and have a ridiculously long line or wait

Manager/ owner consistently does not have enough staff at dinner. Lines are long ( 10 - 15 minutes to order and then wait time before food is ready is another 10 to 15 minutes. Dining room is always dirty. The staff is busy just trying to serve customers.

Meh. Food was decent, but how they run the store leaves much to be desired. Car in front of us was having issues with their order, so instead of having them pull forward to deal with the looooong line behind them, they let us all sit there for over 10 minutes. Frustrating to be stuck like that!!

This location is consistently inconsistent. Attached is a photo of the Double Chicken Avocado salad I got tonight. It's missing a few ingredients... for example, the lettuce 🤯. A few weeks ago I had the Queso Burrito that was missing the queso. I have reason to suspect that these omissions were intentional. That is, the owner of this franchise is cheaping out on ingredients and telling the employees to "accidentally" leave them out. Never had these issues at other locations, e.g. Irvine and Huntington Beach. Just this one.
