The front office staff made us feel welcomed and kept us well informed on the timing of our appointments. The eye tests performed were very thorough and well run, and Dr. Steven Downs did a fantastic job going over all the results and answering all of our questions. In addition to the great service, we were pleased with the wide selection of frames to choose from as well as Linda's help in selecting the right pair of glasses.
