NICKLE & DIME OPERATION! First and foremost this place is dirty and gross. I’m not sure if the dog is still hanging out, but the whole place is disgusting. Customer service is a whole other subject that I could drone on about. The bottom line is it’s not friendly or pleasant to do business here. Then to top it all off, they charge you a $1 for each piece of tape. I could by a whole roll for $2, what a scam that is! Avoid this place at all costs… just say no!

Rudest staff I’ve ever met. Made the biggest deal about “mask restrictions” when mandates have been lifted. Didn’t even ask if I’m fully vaccinated. Didn’t inquire about anything. I said I’m just here to drop a package off. Can I leave it by the door if I’m just dropping off? The lady scoffed and said no. You need a receipt? I said no. Just dropping off. She then turns to her manager (I’m assuming), and he ok’d it. So, now you have to wonder, if they’re not following CDC guidelines, what else aren’t they following? I get it’s their place of business. Conduct it however you want. I was just dropping off a prepaid Verizon package for a return. No inquiry. No customer service offered. No effort for customer satisfaction. Just rudeness.
