Good food and nice restaurant. I'm glad that this restaurant survived the last two years. Sometimes food takes a little longer to be ready, but seeing they make everything when you order it and the staff shortages across the board, its understandable.

The servers and staff are not very friendly or welcoming. This was our first visit to Karma Lounge so we were excited to try the food and check out the restaurant. We ordered an appetizer and cocktails, which were very good. The main dishes were fair. Our servers didn't offer suggestions, were very slow, and seemed bored and almost annoyed. We were hoping for a fun, new experience but that was not the case.

Few weeks ago, we ordered Masala Chaii, was terrible taste, asked waiter when did you made this Tea? He said: 5.30pm and he was serving us at 745pm!! Then, my Son ordered "Mutter Panner & Kofta". Paneer was so hard to eat, you may need scissor, it was like a rock, hard-paneer with orange gravy. We told waiter and he replied, I will let Cook know. Meanwhile, other side of the table, we meet our Cousin came with their friends eating, they had terrible taste of GAAJAR HALWA, milk taste terrible, must be cooked over and over again in Microwave. Overall, this restaurant will make you sick, food is all frozen, warming up, who cares' about service where food is nasty, make you sick, even Chaii they don't make it Fresh, was made 3 hrs. ago & charge you $4.00 for small Cup. Never again, unless you wanna get sick. Worst Indian restaurant in Orange County.
