Bad news to share… I opted for the hand car wash, for my brand new 2022 BMW X6 and the gentleman allowed the soap to dry on my car. Two different workers were finishing my SUV to complete the job. One was laying against my car (the paint), with his clothes and belt while on the ladder drying the top. I had to quickly correct that! He started pointing at his belt, that it’s all leather, with no buckle. Honestly, that didn’t matter to me… Just basic things, that shouldn’t happen at the car wash! Sorry, I won’t be going back there!
