Ran into a low hanging branch on the corner of my rv that cracked the windshield & slightly indented the fiberglass. At first I thought that all I needed was an windshield replacement however after seeing what Jim showed about how the structure that holds the rv windshield needed to be fixed otherwise the only fix would be very ugly & I dont want people asking me what happened. Its one of those embarrassing accidents that you dont want anyone to know about, so I said make it look like it never happened. Just got the RV back and it looks amazing! I wish I could tell me friends to go here, but that would mean I would have to also tell them about how much of a noobie I am with my new RV. Accidents happen but OCRV saved the day! Thank you Jim & the team at OCRV!

I had to agree with those giving a very poor review. They took my original claim of $3000 and bilked the insurance company for $10000. Then forgot to attach the Sprinter turbo air hose which cost me $350 at the MB dealership and they refused to reimburse me, despite turning around and billing the insurance company for this. Seem very nice on the surface but play a good game. Be careful! As another reviewer said “a different kind of greed going on here”

A neighbor at our client's house rear ended our supplies trailer last month with his truck. We really needed it to get fixed asap. Luckily it wants anything serious, but two of the side panels needed to be replaced. They got it done two days before the time they said we'd get it back, which is a HUGE plus. We scheduled to come back to get it a new vinyl wrap since the old one was very faded. It only took one day to get the whole thing put on. We picked it up the following morning and got back to work. We've already been having people ask us for more quotes as a result of the new wrap. Thank you Jim & the team at OCRV!

After our generator took a dump on us on hollween, we decided to stop throwing money at a faulty generator so we decided to go with a brand new one. The guys at OCRV recommended a Cummins RV Generator. The generator showed up on the 4th, we dropped off our coach, and we picked it up less than 24 hours after. Smoothest experience that we have had with the generator. Everything is working again and we are back on the road until new years! I recommend OCRV Center. Thank you Art & Tony!
