Awful experience at this location. I tried to apply for passport and got everything ready based on the requirements listed at travel.state.doc. The woman worked there had different rules from what is listed online. I raised a question and she said ‘you looked up online? You apply online. Don’t apply here’. Well I would definitely apply online if I have a choice instead of dealing with her rude attitude!! She yelled at me and judged me. Just feel so awful.

I work at Aid Mailing and have a lot of contact with this post office. It's true that it's not always easy to get through to a live person but once you do, they are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I work mostly with Rachel and Tony. Both are always extremely busy but will take the time to answer questions and will do the research if they don't have an immediate answer.

For some reason, they hold my packages at the post office instead of delivering them to my door. Every single time that I am expecting a package I should call and ask them to bring them up to the hills because my schedule doesn't allow me to go to the post office. And every single time the lady almost yells at me, saying it is not their fault that the packages are being held there! Excuse me? Whos fault is it then?

I'm very fond of our mail carrier. She is a lovely lady. However, someone at the post office often leaves packages either balancing on our mailbox or on the ground a quarter of a mile from our house. This is very bad as we get a lot of mail thefts in our area. The post office delivery people need to be consistent about bringing packages to the door.
