David is the best realtor in the business! My wife and I have gone through another realtor a couple of years ago and she was not very helpful, since we were first-time home buyers. She was not very attentive and seemed like she could care less if she made a sale or not. We stopped looking for a house then. A couple of months ago, we started working with David. As first time home buyers, we knew a little bit about the home buying process through informational events, but David went into detail about what we wanted in a house, what price range we were looking in, the areas we wanted to look in, and the whole home purchasing process from beginning to end. David was available day and night to answer our questions via phone or email. When we found a house we liked, he did background research about the area to make sure it was a place we wanted to buy. David is based out of the Mountain View area. David is a very good negotiator and was able to get us more than we could have asked for. He also is there for you from the moment you choose him to be your Realtor to closing, making sure everything gets done on time.
