Well kept up grass outside. I go here to relax on my lunch. Always pleasant people. But usually no one is around and it is a peaceful place to go. Never seen a tweaker here. Which is hard to come by around here.

This is the place where we stop off while in Roseburg to let the dog stretch his legs etc. just Gotta make sure that you pick up any little present that the pup leaves behind. it makes it nice for the next guy.
