This is not the same UPS store visited in the last 10+ years anymore. It seems the new people there not knowing the right way running this business but just come to this town looking for their own but othere business of insterest. Stopped by the 4th time for dropping off one return shoe box is really not the record I want to have.

Gary and Jay should be immediately fired - worst customer service I’ve seen in years. The Asian lady is extremely nice and sincere - why can’t they be like her? If you’ve had a bad experience I would highly recommend you document it, so that store owners can take action towards improving the store

Anthony was so incredibly helpful. I had 30 boxes delivered and he helped me to move all of them to my car and refused to even take a tip. Amazing customer service!
