Avoid this company at all costs. I had water damage on my main floor and into the basement. They "lost" many of the items and furniture removed from my home during reconstruction. They somehow installed my hardwood floor perpindicular to the existing non-damaged floor. How do you even do that? I forced them to redo it after talking with the owner. The baseboard trim was reinstalled in the wrong locations causing gaps and misalignment everywhere. Leftover grout was dumped in my utility sink and toilet causing plumbing backups at my cost. Tools were stored in my bath tub causing scratches and a large chip. I finally told them to just leave and I hired professionals to finish the job on my own dime.

Called Servpro at 1am on a Saturday after hearing a weird hissing like sound while in bed and seeing our basement floor was soaked. They recommended turning off the main water valve and they were on their way. Got here in under an hour. Set up equipment sucked out the water. They worked with my insurance.
