Campground is currently closed off. They should definitely put a sign stating that up on the highway. Nice riverside scenery

I never camp here but used the facility took pictures. It's clean but unfortunately the toilet is closed probably because hardly people camp here. Don't worry portable toilet is available.

Really enjoyed our time & we will be back but there is not much shade, not a lot to do & the river was dry when we were there. We did go for a hike on the beautiful trail. They also have a desert garden. The rates are cheap, it has bathroom facilities, free day use & very very clean campgrounds.

Clean with beatiful desert views. Restrooms and dump area were clean also. Camp host was quite helpful. We will come back when we can stay a few days.

Hello, can people swim in the river and how much water is usually running in August? Thanks

As far as I've observed, swimming is allowed in the river. However, you want to be sure that it is still relatively fresh. The creek is drying out (seasonal) right now so there are pockets of water but they are stagnating quickly and with the free range cattle it becomes not only smelly but a true health risk.
