I know, 5 star Taco Bell right? It's all about the service. At this location they have the most energetic, fun employees. On multiple occasions I've run into the employee who's winning all the employee of the month contests. He's an enthusiastic young man who makes your experience fun.

Loved the food from here. Always hot & fresh. Have eaten some of the best stuff from here. Mexican pizza. Was off the chain.

I got off work late and wanted to grab something quick for the kids and I for dinner. Headed to Taco Bell. I ordered 4 tacos, two nachos, triple layer nachos, and 2 cinnamon twists. We paid, got our food, started to drive off and realized they forgot the cinnamon twists. The kids were not happy and it's the only reason they want to eat here. So I turned around and went back through the drive-through so I didn't have to get two kids out of car seats and drag them inside. Luckily there was only one car in front of me. When I get to the speaker they asked me to wait, 2 min or so later I just decide ill drive forward. When I do I see the other car has already left. I tell the cashier that he forgot my orders of cinnamon twists and he goes to the kitchen to grab them. I can see the lady with the drive through headphones talking to whoever is cooking. There were at least 4 people that I could see so decently staffed with no cars in the drive-through. He hands me my cinnamon twists and I check the bag before driving off this time and realize he only gave me one vs the two I ordered... I ask for the other one and he apologized and grabbed it for me. By the time we got home the tacos were soggy and so were the nachos.
