It's my fault I thought the only DXL was at M-152 and I-29, but I was thrilled to find one next to OP Mall. I'm not XL, except for my waist, but your cedar extra long shoe horn is a lifesaver, and significantly cheaper than any I've found on line. And you had them right inside the door near the check stand. I will be back to browse, and see if I can find other XL items that work for me. Your staff were ready and helpful even with several others in the store at an early hour. I was impressed. Thank you! Update: Evan more impressed!!! The wooden shoehorn I mentioned above had a knot in it and broke the second day. I stopped by the OP store and had a replacement in 10 seconds. Good service can really make a rough day better. Thank you DXL!!!

Very clean nice place for many selections and fabric types . Business and business casual. We were greeted as we walked in and helped. I really like the approach not over bearing gave us ample time to look around. Very considerate.

You will not find better customer service. Mr. Mathy went above and beyond during my visit. With 50 years experience and a very personable character, he will send you off with a great fit and a big smile. I spent all day shopping and was disappointed by the service everywhere else.
