Matt (the manager) of this location is simply outstanding. His customer service and friendliness are second to none. AT&T mistakenly told me my device screen could be repaired in 30-40min via a walk-in, but they had a current queue of a few hours. When I told Matt I would just hang around the area vs. driving back across town, he tried to prioritize my device over those that wouldn't be picked up until the end of the day. He ended up getting my screen fixed in just over an hour for me - just an outstanding gentleman and a rock star for this location!

MATT IS THE GOAT!! I don’t know how he deals with the crazy customers he deals with but he is simply amazing and gave me. great customer service. He also repaired my phone faster than estimated. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT so they can see you coming and they will always take care of you! Thank you Matt & Matt !

Just got a very, very cracked iPhone screen replaced today by Matt. He was fantastic! Very quick service (same day!) and extremely thorough. Impressed and will use them again!

I was highly disappointed at first with this location because of their long wait times and “understaffing”! From the moment I worked with Matt everything changed for the better! His customer service is unmatched and he was able to give me honest time frames and estimates on my repair and delivered with more than I even asked. Who ever hired this amazing young man should get a raise and should be promoting him sooner than later because the company needs more people like him to ensure they give CONSISTENT great service !
