Outstanding customer service. As I walked in and listened to Shaw talked to the customers ahead of me, I liked Shaw right away...judging by his demeanor he served in the service and it turned out that we were both in the navy. The mechanic who did the repair on my vehicle did a superb job. Btw, thanks for snacks.

I had purchased breaks, break pads and routers, after 2weeks there was a grinding sound. I returned my 2017 Nissan Ultima. It was discovered that the breaks were faulty. Big Al's replaced without cost And apologized for the Inconvenience! Thank you!!!
