Awesome car wash located near our hotel. The attendant walked us through selecting a car wash and gave clear directions for pulling into the tunnel. The best part is the free vacuum and detailing bays. Vacuums are powerful and grab everything. There’s compressed air to loosen up dirt and flush things out of hard to reach areas. This place provides all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, and towels. Would recommend to anyone in Norfolk in need of a car wash. Great value for the price.

Had a great experience at this car wash! The wash did a great job cleaning the exterior and the vacuums had great suction! All was very effective. What was above and beyond was that my battery died while I was vacuuming and the Manager (Jeff) came out and had a portable battery charger. Very welcoming staff with great attitudes!

I pay a 39 dollar monthly fee for car washes haven’t used it in 3 months so wasted basically 120 dollars and went today just to pull up to 5-6 employees jumping and running around none doing their job more worried about looking over fences and whatever else that they weren’t employed to do. Needless to say pulled myself into the bay no fender or bumper and whatever is typically scrubbed prior to the wash then the actual was job was very sub par. My vehicle wasn’t even that dirty and came out looking worse then going in with streaks and residue everywhere. I have never had a bad experience here until now but the employees were super unprofessional and the was job wasn’t worth 5 dollars. The vacuum on both sides were broke and not sucking anything. Bottom line terrible experience and will be canceling my service and never recommend this place to anyone again

This place is getting more popular so plan on waiting for the wash instead of being able to get right in on the weekends. The staff is pretty young and really nice. The only issue I have is that sometimes the wash will randomly lose power causing a bit of a back up. The wash plans are worth the money especially when they are having a sale. I pay $35 a month for unlimited top of the line washes. This could be especially lucrative for rideshare drivers. Definitely recommend. They should really open more locations in the area.
