I like this grocery store but getting out of the store and through the paying process can be an issue. The lines are usually long and there's 1 cashier until right before you are ready to walk out and then along comes someone to help who picks the closest person to them to go next, not the person waiting the longest. Plus the lines are in the aisles so you are blocking other shoppers from getting access to the stores product. A little guidance on where to stand would help. A funnel type of line that stops and then when the next cashier is available the first person in that line goes next. Makes sense to me. It's just awkward and you feel unsure.

Good stuff, good prices, the store is missing crucial items though and the way they have anything set up its hard to find much without checking EVERY shelf

Supervisor and cashiers are not friendly. Very hard to do returns. The company does not empower its store employees to take care of customers professionally and quickly, they tell you to call the corporate customer service yourself instead of doing more shopping, waste of time for a small amount of return.

They have an okay selection and the prices are decent. The produce, at least at the time that I went on two different occasions were definitely bad so I could not purchase sadly. The few employees that I saw and try to interact with or ask questions didn't seem very friendly at all and I'm not sure why? Remember if you go that you have to pay for your own bags and they are $0.11 I believe and are paper. You can bring your own. They had their own food selections which I try to few of like the Frozen chocolate-covered fruits which I enjoyed and some other things but not a place that I would frequent after my experiences. Customer service is a deal breaker for me and I know it's not for everyone but for me, it can determine if I will frequent a business or not.

Their customer service is region based. It keeps costs down while allowing employees to assist customers that are in the store. It also allows for management to focus on in store tasks and employees rather than always being called to the front for a customer on the phone.
I shop both. Their sales on meat are better than aldi and lidl has a fresh bakery. Their wine selection is about the same. Love Aldi's organic selection and their prices are slightly better. Love both places and my grocery bill is half or more lower than big stores. I live closer to lidl and that is my go to store for what I need.

Store is open till 9pm,bakery is good ,slicing machine is off. You really like them cookies,ask the staff.they are getting better with customer service!
Put in an application. They pay well and always looking for replacement staff and staff for new stores.
