I just would like to send a suggestion. Most people like their cookies softly baked and you'll find that they sell more if you don't go the way of the chips ahoy. I've recently been told that you do not allow the employees to make the cookies to a certain texture of softness by your policy. And as a repeat customer I beg you please don't go in that direction. The selling point to the company for me was that the cookies were made very soft, almost gewy but still cooked in the middle with a light crip on the outer ring. And the last few times I've gone I've had a hard time getting exactly what I've been looking for. I've come to find that it was by policy. I have introduced your company to some of my friends on the naval base near by and we all spoke in high regards to this fresh "soft baked" cookie. It was the part that every one loved please don't change that. Or even to simply leave it as an option. Thank you for your time.
