I recently boarded my 3 animals at this facility and I’m not disappointed in the fact that my dogs where boarded there or how they were taken care of, but the fact that the customer service is so poor by pet hotel receptionist. She was pitiful on both occasions I had with her. She had the worst attitude and failed to answer questions without having an attitude. We want to trust that our pet is getting well taken care of and treated sweetly but it’s hard to think positively when your first interaction and last interaction is so negative.

Almost had to cancel a trip due to not allowing one of my two dogs to stay even though they were BOTH boarded here before (few months ago). Wouldn’t keep my dogs together to help with my females anxiety because of her breed and also would make us pay for two separate rooms. Dumbest policy which makes no sense to help dogs with nervousness but simply to make owners pay more and for what?! Found another boarder that was able to get me in without hesitation literally last minute, allowed them to stay together, much nicer and patient staff and will be my go to in the future, NOT Petsmart! Look elsewhere and you’ll be much happier and so will your dog babies.

Clean store, great selection of items for your pets. My only complain is no employees available for help, and only one cashier every time I go to the store.. bad timing on my part? 🤷‍♂️
