I like Papa Joe’s. I’ve read a few reviews that say they were rude, I have never encountered anything but polite employees at Papa Joe’s. In fact the girl just spent like 10 minutes looking at ash catchers with me making sure I got the right size.

We have been regular customers here for a while. My husband went in this morning and the staff were extremely rude. I would think if someone spent thousands of dollars in the store, the staff would be a little nicer on a Wednesday morning. We wont be back.

We moved into the area about 6 months ago and I've been frequenting this location since. From the first visit to the visit just yesterday, the experience is ALWAYS top tier. Best advice I can give, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP. They aren't going to pressure you into something or hound you for sales; if you need help, ask for it. Every person I've worked with on the staff is incredibly knowledgable about the products I've had questions on. Particularly last night, I wish I got his name, but I purchased a Boundless Terp Pen. The dude that helped me spent more time than he needed to offering a TON of insight on the product I was looking at, I mean well beyond the point of sale. Hopefully everyone has done their bid of customer service, but you can tell when someone just wants you to buy and when someone CARES about your experience as a consumer. That, in itself, speaks miles about the staff at this location. I appreciate the consistent knowledge and care, this is the place to go!
