I went in and I had an appointment, they all were standing around chatting while people were waiting. When I finally got called, the guy who helped me was still chatting with another woman she was telling him "let me take a pic of u so I could show her" apparently she was playing cupid, all while I'm literally at the window. When I got the help, he was so loud yelling out all of my personal information and telling me what I did wrong. I was told over the phone I had to get the papers notarized and 4 copies, which I did. Only for him to toss them and tell me I didn't need 4 copies. Then he said the person who told me that don't know the work. I could go on about what was wrong and how unprofessional these people are.

Easily the most ineffective place on earth. Only come here if you must.. or have 1+ hrs to wait around. Never answered the phone had to come in person to get anything done.

I have not received my mail in ballot for the Nov 6 election and I will be going out of the country next week. When I went to my City Hall Office in Menlo Park, I was told that many people had complained of not receiving their ballot in the mail yet (10/15). Also the address and building name listed in the Sample Ballot for Vote Center Locations in Menlo Park was incorrectly listed. Another incompetent step for the County Clerk's office.

Go to county recording office and pay

The county assessor may need to reassess your property, you would need to request this. Beware this will increase your property tax. Make sure you had all the required permits filed at the time of the build, so you don't have to file again.
