Disappointed that I have to pay $2.50 for an additional box that I picked up at Concord. The guy said "I should have asked the driver for an extra box" yes I do have the box but I also need a smaller box on top of what I have because I'm sending 2 boxes. I know its only $2.50 give your customer a little consideration. I'm a customer for many years thanks for your service LBC.

I have used this business in the past and they have been reliable. Today, however, I was given an ETA of between 2PM to 6PM and that the driver will call me in advance of his arrival. No one called and no one came. Very disappointed with the service. Seems like they’re going downhill. What’s interesting is Atlas Cargo is just across the store from them . They should straighten up their act or they will lose faithful customers. I should not have cancelled my dentist appointment.
