Worst business to deal with!!! Box came damaged, canned goods rusted, most goods inside were also damaged & not useable/edible. Box must've been stacked incorrectly. Spoke to the ofc mgr. who could not make any executive decisions. Neither the ofc. mgr nor the owner himself was helpful in compensating for the loss. I made numerous phone calls so they can help fix the issue but there's always an excuse & they do not call back. Worst customer service experience I ever had. Person who answers the phones kept promising to relay the message but they don't call back. I was promised to be paid for some damages but after a year of following up, they never did!! They don't care about their customers at all. Poor customer service, very unprofessional mgr/owner & no proper business ethics. If there's a negative value rating, that's what they'd get. Use other cargo services who have way better customer service. Not worth the headache.

I send a package and they charged me $180 and they took the package. And after a month they called me and ask me to pay another $20 more, otherwise it will not deliver. The box was hold in Manila for many months. When finally delivered after many phones calls, all the items are rotten. I plan to escalate this issue because I spent a lot money for the product and shippment.

When you need to transport anything to the Philippines Moncargo is the most reliable source...... I am a loyal customer of Moncargo since 1999 I am very much please and satisfied with their service. I moved to Oak Harbor January 2015 and I came now to San Leandro to fill a box to be sent to Philippines Because I only trust Moncargo for shipping goods to the Philippines...Long live Moncargo you are the best keep up the outstanding service .....
