Jerry Garcia and his team have been handling my home insurance for more than 10 years. He's proactive in making sure I have the right coverage while making sure I'm paying the best price. But, what's really important is he and his team were there when I had to make a claim after a home burglary. They were there to help me find a contractor to make repairs to my home where it was damaged during the break in and they walked me through the process to itemize the items lost. They really stood by the slogan, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". If you're looking for someone to handle you're insurance, I recommend you check with Jerry and his team.

I’ve been w Jerry and the team for the last 6 years, I have home, auto, and my business covered by them. Every question I have is always followed up w the upmost care and attention to detail, I’ve even had to reach out to Jerry while he was on vacation, at the moment I did not know he was out of the office, and wouldn’t have known w out him telling me as he handled my question as he would any other day. I wanted to take a moment to comment on my experience with Jerry and his team. I have been a client for over 20 years, and from the first time I met Jerry, up until today, it has been nothing but SUPERIOR customer service! What I appreciate most is how they keep in touch over the years… This is critical to make sure your insurance coverage is appropriate for the different stages in your life. Jerry makes sure to touch base every year and do a review and provide suggestions for my wife and I to consider. What a lot of people don’t realize is how important insurance is and when you need to adjust based on your income, life changes, and time horizon to retirement. Also, I can’t say enough about Rosa and everyone at the office. They ALWAYS pick up the phone when I call and help me when I need to ensure a new car! I am on a first name basis and they all know me! Bottom line, if you want an insurance policy with service that routes you to a call center, don’t bother calling Jerry. But, if you want to be treated like “family” and have a life long relationship, then make sure to contact them as soon as possible!
