ran out of the ppd medication after i waited 3 hours for it. Got redirected to a nearby Concentta where i again had to wait another hour despite the previous office calling over and reassuring me that i would be seen immediately. the initial Concentra i visited also ran the wrong tests which meant i had to return back again and wait again for it to be done properly. This entire ordeal is very annoying but thats not to take away from the great care i experienced from the nursing assistants. it just sucks to budget for spending a few hours at a place and then it eats up your entire day.

I was told it was going to be a three or four hour wait so I decided to go in the morning and get there early. Ended up spending 6 1/2 hours just for a DOT physical the next day . The staff was OK

Staff handles being under-staffed really well. I watched a bunch of other patients flood in and they still did their best to see everyone in a timely matter all while explaining the processes no matter the situation.

I want to thank Concentra for a great experience. I arrived about 15 minutes before they opened and there was not line yet which I was happy. The process went pretty quick for being the first one in. The staff was amazing. It took less than 10 minutes to be seen by a nurse. He was very nice and courteous. The Doctor made so much better. Her name was Uphoff, she was the greatest. From the last Doctor I had last year, she was very friendly and made me felt welcome.
