This was such an effortless and easy process. This clinic was at Palm Springs International Airport. It was set up in large empty part of the Park n Ride parking lot. Look for the orange cones! I got the RT-PCR test. I had called in to the clinic about 3 weeks earlier and made an appointment. Super easy. The entire visit was less about 5 minutes. Signed in. Nose swabbed. Gracias & adios! Then 2 hours later I received an email with my results. Happy camper now! Thank you Covid Clinic!

Driving up to the clinic, I felt a bit uneasy. It was quiet, there weren’t many cars around, and I didn’t realize it was going to be such a seamless transaction upon driving up to the front desk. The representative tending the check-in was actually the person that made the experience so easy. Claude, was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease with his calm demeanor. He made the test simple and relaxed and I was on my way. Anyone with this employee is lucky to have him, he deserves a raise!

Site says that they welcome walk ups, but the experience for people arriving outside of a car is AWFUL. You are made to stand outside breathing in car fumes. No seating is provided, and no shelter. The only visible bathroom has a sign indicating “employees only”, though when I asked a staffer they claimed that a customer bathroom is around the corner. I gave up waiting nearly an hour past my (paid!) scheduled appointment time when I still had not been seen. Other customers were there waiting for over three hours (!) past their appointment time. Beware that this is a terrible place to go without a car. IT IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A DRIVE THROUGH CLINIC. There was an endless line of cars that was moving extremely slowly, and in the hour that I was there, only ONE person without a car was tested. One. In an hour. They clearly prioritise people in cars, despite the fact that the people in cars are comfortable and the people out in the elements are miserable.

Excellent and super speedy results!! I got the NAAT rapid test and had the results in under an hour. Life saver. Last minute trip to Hawaii and the test I took 2 days ago still hadn’t came back yet. I had an appointment. I booked it right before I came. The car drive through lanes were clearly marked and easy to understand. Right side appointments, left side no appointments. The experience was efficient and easy. Nasal Swab 10 circles each nostril and ta-da. You’re on your way. The staff were friendly and warm. Felt very comfortable and understood instructions well. Highly recommend!
