The convention center itself was great for the HEAV programming. However, the parking deck was just a complete and utter dismissal swamp. The payment machines were not cooperating with people's attempts to pay in order to leave the parking deck. It took several times for many of those people to be able to pay. But this is the City of Richmond Virginia and this is just a normal occurrence within the City of Richmond.

Very clean convention center with plenty of room for guests. My only issues were the difficulty of parking and lack of available bathrooms, most of them were closed.
