if I could give a minus star I would. Warning! Do NOT trust your car with these clowns. ANY, truly any, mechanic should be able to change the oil without stripping the oil plug but if you do at least own up to it! Changed oil, get home and notice leak on car pad. Drive back after seeing the oil leak myself and was told I was wrong, there is no leak. LOL, wow. Actually refused to do anything "as there was nothing to fix". Immediately drove the car to another mechanic whom immediately replaced the plug (showing me the damaged plug) and refilled the oil. Contacted my credit card company to dispute and phoned back to Jiffy Lube where I was told they would not refund the cost of the change. I have always heard the nightmare stories and on a mental lapse gave them a shot and learned my lesson. Trying to save you all the same issues. DO NOT GO TO this location Jiffy Lube. Idiots employed there.

When I went there, got the basic oil change. I asked for the tire rotation- didn't happen. They checked off vacuum interior - didn't happen. Kind of makes me wonder if I paid for an oil change when the old stickers are still on the windshield.
