Very nice place. Got what I was looking for and the price was very good. You just have to be careful not to bid too much because you always pay the house (I think 10%) then tax which is about 9% and if you pay with credit card another 3% on top of the bid's amount for the total of 22% extra. Overall, it's a good place if you're careful about what you doing.

Have bid and won both online and in person for both Auto auction and estate sales. The staff are very friendly and everything is very straightforward and simple. Facility is clean and well organized. Anyone who has had a bad experience here most likely does not understand how car auctions work, you WILL have questionable vehicles roll through (Its at the auction for a reason!), and its up to you to determine if you want to deal with possible problems or not. Some great deals are to be had as long as you understand how it works.
