Other than my long wait, (over an hour), which is unavoidable considering how many people were before me, I had a fantastic experience! Staff were outstanding….ALL of them including the receptionist/front desk personnel. Med tech Jessica and PA Nicole…they were GREAT!

Always go here when I can’t get in to see my primary care doctor….broken toe, UTI, ear infections…always seems to happen during a holiday and they’re the only place open. I’ve always been pleased with the service and care they provide. If they’re not equipped to handle it they’ll be the first to send you to the ER or hospital which was the case when my mom‘s oxygen was severely low. I thought she had bronchitis. Thankfully, they recognized the emergency that was brewing and took the appropriate steps to get her the best care. Any urgent care is hit or miss when it comes to wait time, but for me this place is worth the wait… and they have an x-ray machine on premises as well as some lab test and results while you are there.

I was seen by doctor Kyle multiple times, first for myself and he went above and beyond by calling me a few days after to make sure the medicine was working after being in multiple ERs and finally going to urgent care. He was respectful and really went out of his way with his care. He then also had seen my daughter for multiple ear infections and every time was very pleasant and took his time getting her to warm up to him and making sure her fever diminished before leaving his office. I’d highly recommend!!
