I feel like Google reviews should roll off after like two years. Most all of the poor reviews are 2+ years old, and don't reflect what we experienced today. Fork & Ale was a spur of the moment stop while passing through the Reading area. What a great decision it was. Food was amazing, arguably the best burger I have ever had. Salad was great, deviled eggs hit the spot. Beer list is long and well-curated. Service was super attentive without being intrusive. Add to this we dines outside, yet had the bartender as a server. He had multiple varied responsibilities, yet excelled at all. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I felt like a regular on a happenstance stop.

Wild mushroom soup is one of my favorite things to eat! Their soup is excellent! The light broth really brought out the flavor of the several types of mushrooms. The ambiance, service, and food were terrific. Our server, Sydney, was efficient and friendly.

First time going to Fork & Ale. Last time I stopped at this location it was Tim's Ugly Mug. What a fabulous hidden gem!!! My husband and I went as an early Valentine's Day date, on Sunday. (Also Super Bowl Sunday) We both had cocktails that were made to order, and we're really great. I usually just opt for wine or beer, but I was so glad I chose one of their signature cocktails. We shared the elk and potatoes appetizer, and looooved it!! We were a little skeptical about ordering elk, but it was the best piece of meat I've had in a long time. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and warm. We'll definitely be going back!

Fantastic atmosphere, amazing food and great drinks. I will be back very soon! Had the nachos, pickle jar, citrus sage cocktail and a beer on tap. I highly recommend all of those items!

Good. Masks. Separated and distanced tables.
Hi Michele, Yes we do, we have gluten free beer, ciders and meads available in bottles and cans. We also have a dedicated draft line for meads which are gluten free. We change our food menu about every 6 to 8 weeks, and as the seasons change. We always have things on the menu that are gluten-free, and we are happy to make you some thing with the fresh ingredients that we have on hand at any given moment
The outside area is small, but your furry friend would be fine.
I never heard of the Thunder Trail. What year was that?
