Downtown crossing was just fine there are restaurants in that area there are trains in that area sometimes there's entertainment there and there's people willing to help you find things you're looking for!

Busy, complex station, but not too hard to find one's way around. Station's physical conditions leave much to be desired: many parts of the station reek of the smell of urine, and one hallway seems to have a continuous trickle of a mystery fluid (that cannot be just water) flowing down a wall. It could be tricky to find the concourse to Park Street, if you're looking to use that.

I have enjoyed several great experiences in the downtown area. The food at the grocery store in the downtown area serves up a wide variety of entries which will keep you going back. The access to many different businesses in the same area is great experience. The people are friendly, polite and very giving which make for a great experience because most places you cannot find that type of experience.

The most crowded place in Boston, except the rainy day. Feel so harmony with the decoration, if you have been to Boston for a while, you must know everyone love this place.

The economy as a whole in the USA is the most failing, and in default.
I know the guys dressed in the Red Jackets and Red Hats that says "T" usually have Charlie Cards. So you can ask them.
Calle the Charlie card store that is here. Good to double check what you need
You need to go to the Charlie Card Store at Downtown Crossing to apply for the Senior CharlieCard. You will need proper photo ID. They will issue a 30 day temporary card and mail the permanent photo card in about a week. You will still need to purchase and load value at the fare vending machines.
