We went twice this year. The first time we went we were upset to hear there wasn’t a hayride. I wish they let us know online when booking the tickets. We were surprised because earlier that day we went to the family side to go pumpkin picking and got the day passes. We went on a hayride to get to the corn maze and pumpkins 🤷🏻♀️ The lines were so incredibly long we only did one attraction after waiting almost 2 hours and then left. The second time we went was last night. The actors were good and attentive. We got VIP tickets so it was nice skipping the lines. It just wasn’t worth it. We weren’t scared at all but did love all the props. We were in the front of the line so missed most stuff. The actors were going toward the middle so if you go, try not to be in the front or back. I have been going here since I was younger and I feel like they do less and less. Hopefully next year they will have the hayride. I think they halted it because of the delta variant. Either way it’s something fun to do during Halloween and a must try!

The place is huge but is not that scary. The props are very good but the actors need to be more in action. Food vendors but no place to eat. Also, no hay ride but still was charge the regular price to get in. In all is an OK place to spend time with family or just something to do.

The hayride has now become a walking trail for 2020 and it was SO much better this way. I was able to really appreciate the props and scene design. The revenge of the scarecrow was kinda boring but the motel was great! Covid precautions were efficient and groups were distanced! Chainsaw were plentiful and the flying actors were a nice addition. Always look forward to this nearby fright every year!

Too much of fun at a haunted house for adults is hard to find. But this place gives enough too much of crazy factor for kids and adults alike. The motel is so well equipped with the best of spooky stuff 😂 that I felt being a part of a horror movie set! The hayride was the best as the settling is paid very much attention in all its creativity. Then last but not the least the haunted trail again makes you feel lost in a haunted village of sorts in the middle of the night! I just could possibly relate to all the movies I have watched in my lifetime when actors are running and ghostly things chase them ... totally worth an experience for a Halloween 🎃 season 👻

You can pay with your debit/credit card.
Yes you can, not the cheapest. I've found that Groupon has "the best" deals but you'll need a few people to use it.
Not sure but the website is www.batesmotel.com they have a lot of seasonal related activities!
If anyone did go during the covid-19 they wore masks I know everyone wore masks when we when
yes they are all 3 open! the hayride has been replaced by a walk through attraction. your guided through by one of the characters!
There are portables all over the event site. Some are places where you are in line for the hayride and again when you come out of the hayride. At the entrance before going into the ticket area and several along the food area
