The intercom interaction was good and precise. Order was exact and complete (minus the straws). Unfortunately the meal was not good. The fries were terrible, dry and stale. The burger had a long hair in it. We went back around to exchange the burgers and that was fine, we just left the fries go.

Tried to stop in for lunch today, there was no one there to take my order. The girl at the fri station tryed calling someone 3 times. He poped his head out of the office then went back to doing whatever he was doing in there. Don't worry Mc Donald's was happy to take my order.

100% everything miserable. The staff were yelling. I sat waiting for my order to be taken for 3 minutes without anyone saying anything. The food was old and stale. Looking inside everything made me feel grossed out. I only came here because Chick fil A was closed and I am reminded why I never come here.

We enjoy Wendy's but we had way to many bad experiences at the one in wyomissing we just waited 45 min for food we ordered on the app. Everyone seemed new and no one was trained. We felt bad for the workers running in circles that were not trained
