This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. I haven’t been to this location in over a year because the last time I was here I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and got cold food. I was in the area and decided to give it another shot and nothing has changed. I ordered online and selected carryout because the drive thru was long and I didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes. I parked to go inside and the door was locked. I called and told the gentleman that I placed an online order for carryout but the door was locked. He said that they were deep cleaning and I asked if I could park in the mobile pick up spot and get it that way, he told me no and that I needed to wait in line. If I didn’t already pay online, I would have left. Just go elsewhere so you don’t waste your time.

Very slow drive thru service. I was 3rd in line and waited 20 minutes. In the past, the cars were lined up all the way back to the road.

This place is not organized. I order some food and they forgot things 3 times. The food is cold. Someone really needs to look into this place. I definitely will not go back there. I had to ask for my receipt. They didn't want to give me. Horrible. Check your food they gave me burnt food. Disgusting food!!!!
