Idk why everyone hates on this place. They’re very understaffed so there is ALWAYS a wait, and maybe their busy rushes keep them from being overly chipper but I’ve never encountered the staff to be rude here. They do let us know about waits or let us substitute if we don’t want to wait, but the food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes I’ve ordered Doordash and the food is modified because we are a big group of picky eaters and I’d say about 98% of the time our orders come hot and correct. Maybe whoever owns/runs this place sucks but I always get the vibe the staff is doing their best and my food is always good and what I expect so what more can I ask for. One star off because there’s always a wait, and it’s not the cleanest when you sit inside.

Rude employees, excessive wait times (+25 min), dirty, and cold food. I will admit almost every wendys in the area is the same. Even McDonald’s is better at this point.

This Wendy's location is the worst Sunday location I have been in. Not only they screwed up my order, but when I went to ask the manager if this looks to her like a baconator sandwich, she started yelling at me and calling me names. On top of this the second item I ordered was assembled so badly, not at all Wendy's standard and the ingredients were old. I told her I don't want any refurbished items. Wendy's usually looks much better. She must bipolar or something, but she started apologizing to other people for yelling at me. Weird bunch of Sunday folks. Never going back again.

they hiring young kids and this place falling apart… they don’t care if you waiting 40 minutes to order they just talking and having fun at work the night manager is a late 30s gentleman acting just like the young bucks in there… nothing wrong hiring minors for the job the problem is when you decide to go 1-2 adult with 6 kids to run the restaurant just to avoid paying decent salaries
